GovConHouse uses AI for its core drafting workflow. Here is exactly what it does, and where humans stay in charge.

Where AI runs

  • Solicitation parsing: reads a solicitation and extracts structured fields.
  • Supplier matching: re-ranks candidate matches with reasoning.
  • Bid calculation: proposes a bid amount with reasoning attached.
  • Embeddings: semantic search and matching over contract content.

Where it never runs alone

Section titled “Where it never runs alone”
  • Drafting is gated by review. Generated proposals land in a human review state. Nothing submits itself.
  • Claims are checked. Generated sections are checked against their cited sources, and unsupported claims are flagged for human review rather than shipped silently.
  • Clause citations are grounded. Regulatory citations come from a real clause catalog, not a model’s memory.

Your data

  • AI processing happens under the same data protection terms as the rest of the platform.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
